| Brian Randy Funk |

As President, Brian Randy Funk is responsible for business operations, engineering, human resources, accounting, website design, marketing, and product development.
Brian has been with RealUp since its inception and has been involved in all aspects of the creation of the company. Brian oversees the day-to-day operations of both RealUp and his contributions include everything from hiring the RealUp team to designing the RealUp logo. Brian has negotiated and signed partnership agreements with major real estate firms including Realogy, TCN Worldwide, CCIM Institute, Sperry Van Ness and Grubb & Ellis.
For several years, Brian has been involved in the real estate community and is currently a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP). Brian has also previously been on the Advisory Council of the REALTORS Land Institute (RLI) and has spoken at the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) Annual Conference.
Brian has also been active in the geospatial industry having served on the Board of Directors of the local chapter of the Geospatial Information Technology Association (GITA) and as a member of the International Map Trade Association (IMTA).
Brian is involved in his local community and is on the board of First Scholarship Fund, a 501(c)(3) non-profit which provides opportunities to at-risk teenagers. Brian is a lifetime member of the National Eagle Scout Association (NESA) and a member of Mensa International. As a Colorado native, Brian is also a huge fan of the Denver Broncos. |

| Dave Overdier |
| Technology Manager |
As Technology Manager, Dave Overdier is responsible for technical development, database management, and network administration.
Dave has been with RealUp since its creation and manages the company server and network operations, as well as development of the company's database and software applications. This includes backend administrative web development, database optimization, server maintenance, data backups, and even a little bit of customer support.
Dave actively manages the company server and network operations, as well as implementation of database and software applications. Dave was the lead developer of the RealUp API which powers the RealUp.com website, the RealUp iPhone app, and listing data feeds.
Dave has over 15 years of web-based IT and database experience, primarily using Microsoft tools and products. When Dave is not working, he can be found traveling across the country seeing Jimmy Buffet. |

| Kittie Miller |
| Customer Relations Manager |
As Customer Relations Manager, Kittie Miller is responsible for all aspects of customer service. Kittie also directs many marketing initiatives, including public relations.
Kittie joined RealUp in September 2010 and her responsibilities have grown substantially since then. In addition to providing technical support, Kittie manages all customer communications for RealUp, including telephone, email blasts, blogs, newsletters, press releases and webinars. Kittie is also responsible for sales fulfillment including payments and billing as wells as implementing promotional strategies.
Kittie Miller received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Mass Communication with a Minor in Marketing, from Meredith College. In her spare time, Kittie enjoys traveling to the beach with her dog Sandy. |
